Kayaking–great for arm strength!!

Hello all!!!

Just a quick post about my day yesterday.  I had a 1 hr 30 minute bike ride that I did after work and then I headed home.  The weather was so nice I couldn’t stand it and I begged my boyfriend to let us take the kayak out on the lake.  We ended up getting around and having just enough time to kayak for a whole hour!!! Guys… talk about building arm and back strength!  This exercise is not only fun and beautiful, (especially during sunset) but full of wonderful arm strength motions!   We will be kayaking a lot more this summer and building up our arms and back!
